• We ship worldwide, free of charge, on every order.
• Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours on business days.
• Typical delivery time is 7 to 14 business days, depending on destination. Some countries can take longer due to customs.
• You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
• Any customs duties or import taxes charged by your country are the customer's responsibility.

30-Day Guarantee

If you're not happy with your ball within 30 days of delivery, contact us and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.

• For refunds, items should be in reasonable condition; normal use on sand or grass is fine.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval.

Wrong or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
